At Minty Mops LLC, we strive to deliver high-quality cleaning services with expressive precision and professional care. If you are not satisfied with your service, this Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • The service was not completed as agreed or was substantially below expected quality

  • You notify us of the issue within 48 hours of service completion

  • You provide reasonable documentation or explanation of the concern

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will not incur any fees

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted price

3. Refund Type

  • Refunds may be full or partial, depending on the nature of the issue

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Services that were completed as agreed but did not meet subjective expectations

  • Situations where the property was inaccessible or unsafe for cleaning

  • Missed appointments due to customer unavailability without prior notice
